About us
A digital asset platform built on clarity
KingXchange is a digital asset platform developed and operated by THEKINGDELLY LTD. It exists to give customers a straightforward route into digital asset exchange services — starting with USDT across GBP, EUR and NGN — without the complexity of a trading terminal.
Our business
What THEKINGDELLY LTD does
The business focus of THEKINGDELLY LTD is providing a straightforward digital platform for customers seeking access to digital asset exchange services. GBP, EUR and NGN are treated as equal core currencies, each paired with USDT.
KingXchange is the brand through which that platform is offered. The platform publishes only what is in place: where a rate, a payment route or a verification provider is not yet configured, the customer is told rather than shown a substitute.
No claim of regulatory approval, licence, financial partnership or established operating history is made on this site. Read our legal position.

Clarity over complexity
One rate, one fee, one amount received. If a customer cannot explain the cost of a conversion, we have not finished the job.
Security as a requirement
Server-side authorisation, role-based access and audit logging are part of the foundation — not features added later.
Honest availability
We do not publish rates or enable conversions before providers and approvals are in place. The platform says plainly when a service is not available.
KingXchange is currently preparing its payment and exchange infrastructure. Live transactions will become available following provider integration and applicable approvals.
KingXchange does not currently hold customer funds, process payments or execute digital asset conversions. The GBP, EUR and NGN corridors are configured in the platform but remain disabled until payment, settlement and verification providers are integrated and the applicable approvals are in place.
