Service status

The platform does not currently process payments or execute digital asset conversions. Payment, settlement and identity verification providers are not connected, and the service remains subject to provider integration and applicable approvals. Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation.

Regulatory position

THEKINGDELLY LTD does not claim to hold a financial services licence, authorisation or regulatory approval in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, the European Union or any other jurisdiction. No licence or approval should be inferred from the existence of this website or the features described on it.

No payment, digital asset or verification provider is presented as a partner of KingXchange, and no provider is described as having approved the company or its business model.
